THE LONDON TUNNELS AND KNG INTERNATIONAL ADVISORS
KNG International Advisors received an exclusive and privileged invitation from The London Tunnels to explore one of London’s best-kept secret tunnels, not yet open to the public before renovations begin. This historic site will be transformed into the city’s newest tourist attraction and is set to open to the public in early 2028.

The Kingsway Exchange tunnels
The Kingsway Exchange tunnels in central London were built in the 1940s on Churchills orders as a one mile long selection of connected Tunnels, some over 7m wide. They were built as a protection from the Blitz and could house 8,000 people. Since then it has had multiple secret uses:
- Secret Archives were kept here
- MI6 was started here
- Secret meetings held by Winston Churchill during WW2 took place here
- First ever telecommunications line from Washington to Moscow was routed through here during the Cold War
- Ian Flemings Q- Branch in the James Bond novels comes from his experiences working in this very tunnel complex during WW2.
The London Tunnels CEO
Angus Murray, CEO of The London Tunnels, served as our guide during this exclusive tour of the historic tunnels, sharing fascinating details and unveiling the best-kept secrets of this iconic site
The London Tunnels PLC
The London Tunnels PLC will be London latest tourist attraction due to open its doors to the general public in 2028. The project involves refurbishing a secret mile long tunnel, considered a national heritage site, 40 meters underneath the districts of Holborn and Chancery Lane into a second world museum, a digital immersive experience and the world’s deepest bar!
London Tunnels Convertible Bonds
A term of 5 years and will pay 6% interest per annum. Please note that this interest will only be paid if the conversion has not taken place after 1 year.
London Tunnels will offer $10,000,000 in convertible bonds at a price of $500 per individual convertible bond.
- Minimum investment: $10,000/€10,000/£10,000
- Currencies: GBP/USD/EUR
- Price: TBC (Nasdaq)
The convertible bonds will convert at 110% of the original investment at the initial public offering price of the company's ordinary shares following their proposed listing on NASDAQ. For example, if the IPO price is $10 per share, $10,000 in bonds would convert into 1,100 shares. This will effectively give the investor a 10% discount on the investment.
