The Kingsway Exchange tunnels
The Kingsway Exchange tunnels in central London were built in the 1940s on Churchills orders as a one mile long selection of connected Tunnels, some over 7m wide. They were built as a protection from the Blitz and could house 8,000 people. Since then it has had multiple secret uses:
- Secret Archives were kept here
- MI6 was started here
- Secret meetings held by Winston Churchill during WW2 took place here
- First ever telecommunications line from Washington to Moscow was routed through here during the Cold War
- Ian Flemings Q- Branch in the James Bond novels comes from his experiences working in this very tunnel complex during WW2.

The London Tunnels PLC
The London Tunnels PLC will be London latest tourist attraction due to open its doors to the general public in 2028. The project involves refurbishing a secret mile long tunnel, considered a national heritage site, 40 meters underneath the districts of Holborn and Chancery Lane into a second world museum, a digital immersive experience and the world’s deepest bar!
Investment Offer
The company is currently conducting its third capital raise through the sale of 15 million private placement shares at £2 a share. This is offers investors around a 5-10% discount on the live price through the Euronext Exchange. As of March 2025 there is currently spring £5million left of private placement shares. The offer is expected to close June/July 2025.

Early Stage Investors entered via the Castlestone Management Private Equity Fund.
This investment fund was established to raise the capital required to pay the deposit on the property—The Kings Exchange Way Tunnels in Holborn, London, acquired from British Telecom—and to initiate the planning process with all counterparties.
The purchase began in October 2023 and was completed end of Nov 2024. TLT have 100 year lease on the tunnels.
Second Stage
The Convertible Bond
This was established to cover all costs associated with RIBA phases 0/1/2.
